PURPOSE OF JOB: To provide on-site assistance for commissioning of lighting control systems and rectification works.
The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, offering expert guidance and support to clients, and contributing to the continuous improvement of products and services.
This includes ensuring the proper installation, functionality, and performance of lighting control systems to meet customer requirements and industry standards.
We are looking for highly motivated, customer focused and enthusiastic individual to join the On-Prem Infrastructure team.
You will have a clear passion for problem solving and delivering excellent 3 rd Line/4 th Line customer support for Server and Storage (Networks and Desktop Workstations on occasion).
