Trading Co-ordinator Job Type: Full-time Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.30 (Hybrid after probation) Location: Erith, Kent Salary: £30,000-£35,000 (DOE) We are seeking a proactive Trading Co-ordinator to support a busy trading team who ensure all customer orders are correct and delivered on time. The ideal candidate will drive continuous operational and financial improvement, manage logistics, and ensure seamless contract administration. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail and a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Day-to-day of the role: Support the trading team with daily activities to enhance operational and financial performance. Organise transport and manage the outbound logistics plan efficiently. Coordinate with the inbound shipping team to ensure timely availability of raw materials. Liaise with customers to meet their delivery requirements and maintain high satisfaction levels. Handle contract management and administration, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date. Invoice all goods and services promptly and accurately. Assist in coordinating and monitoring the movement of materials to customers. Maintain meticulous records, including contract accuracy and balances. Respond to customer queries and requests swiftly and professionally. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in a logistics or contract management role. Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Decision-making capabilities. Familiarity with transportation regulations and logistics best practices. Ability to work both collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision.
