Trade Support Analyst Leading UK HNW/UHNW Investment & Wealth Manager, based Central London £50,000 - £55,000 Excellent Package and Bonus This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Trade Support Analyst to join a leading UK Wealth Manager in their Investment and trade support team. Working with their Trade Support team, you will play a key role in the day-to-day execution and management of trades for the firm. Your role will include: Ensure securities are tradeable across all Platforms via Fund Matrix. Ensure up-to-date fees are available across all platforms. Manage Pre-Trade/Pod Checks and CF30 Rota. Create Bond Ladder proposals via Bloomberg. Monitor trades, and trade execution across all platforms. Effectively handle all post-trade activities including: T1 Trade Reconciliation. Liaise with platforms regarding execution of trades and middle office. Assist with Transaction Reporting and Portfolio Management analysis as well as allocation analysis and cash management. Production of FCA Reports and Rebalances for both discretionary and intermediated portfolios. Ensure all Corporate Actions are handled effectively and in a timely manner. To be successful in this role, you should have experience of the following: At least 3 years in a similar Trade Support role, ideally gained within a similar Brokerage, Wealth or Investment Management firm. An exciting opportunity for an Import Logistics Co-Ordinatorto join aleading fashion importer and exporter with over 5 years experience supplying ladies and menswear to wholesalers, retailers, garden centres and trailers across the UK and Europe The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the importation process from overseas suppliers to our warehouse, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with all regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Liaise with overseas suppliers and freight agents to ensure smooth and timely shipment of goods. Verify purchase orders from merchandisers to ensure freight moves according to schedule. Meet all deadlines and handle bookings, track shipments, and negotiate rates and services where necessary. Enter shipping documents into both the manual log and the in-house system. Ensure all styles are shipped as per contracted dates and approved by the QC team, following up on any discrepancies. Maintain regular contact with suppliers for updates on goods arriving by sea, road, and air, and arrange delivery to the warehouse. Prepare invoices, packing lists, and handle GSP Certificates, Letters of Credit, and Bills of Lading as required. Chase suppliers in the Far East and Europe for updates on late shipments and perform other ad-hoc duties as directed by the Shipping Manager. Check customs entries and prepare landed costings. Skills and Requirements: Required Minimum 2 years of experience in imports. Detail-oriented and proactive Operational experience in sectors such as manufacturing, importing/exporting, wholesaling, or shipping. Strong knowledge of GSP Certificates, Letters of Credit, and Bills of Lading. Proactive with the ability to meet demands and delivery dates. IT literate with experience in import software. Proficient in Excel. Well-organized with excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Team player capable of working under pressure and using initiative.
