An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Trade Support Analyst to join a dynamic wealth management firm located in the heart of Covent Garden. This role offers the chance to work within a growing team, supporting the Portfolio Manager in executing and reconciling trades raised throughout the firm. The ideal candidate will have approximately four years' experience within Wealth or Investment Management and will be offered full training and support. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong communication skills, and has an eye for detail. What you'll do:
As a Trade Support Analyst in our Wealth Management division, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Portfolio Managers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve ensuring that securities are tradeable across all platforms, managing the Pod Check/CF30 Rota, assisting with FX pod checks, submitting trades to platforms, conducting trade reconciliation, and producing rebalances for both discretionary and inter-mediated portfolios. You will also assist with transaction reporting and maintain tracking of Limit/Good til cancelled orders. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Supporting the Portfolio Manager in collating, executing, and reconciling trades raised by Wealth Management Pods throughout the firm
  • Ensuring securities are tradeable across all Platforms via Fund Matrix
  • Managing the Pod Check/CF30 Rota and running pre-approval checks for Transfer Ins
  • Assisting pods with FX pod checks and rebalance pod checks in Discretionary
  • Submitting trades to platforms and monitoring trades executed 'live'
  • Conducting T+1 Trade Reconciliation and Best Execution Monitoring
  • Assisting with Transaction Reporting and maintaining tracking of Limit/Good til cancelled orders
  • Producing Rebalances for both Discretionary and Intermediated portfolios

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Trade Support Analyst role will bring approximately four years' experience within Wealth or Investment Management. You should possess strong numeracy skills, solid analytical and research abilities, and excellent organisational skills. A strong knowledge of industry practices and UK regulations is essential, as well as proficiency in MS Office Suite; Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Your ability to communicate clearly at all levels both internally and externally will be key to your success in this role.
