This is a 12-month fixed term contract where the successful candidate is also eligible for a bonus of up to 25%. The main purpose of this role is to partner with both channel and customer sales teams, and deliver their 3 year commercial strategy. Key responsibilities include - Partner with Sales teams whilst owning their P&Ls, and driving the strategic planning for the division Take control of the monthly budgeting and forecasting and identify risks and opportunities to the annual business plan Build strong relationships with budget holders and various stakeholders (both finance and non-finance) Lead the monthly review meetings to ensure a robust financial outlook Prepare management reporting packs with detailed commentary Take the lead on commercial projects such as long-term pricing and promotional investments Candidate requirements Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA Have good experience with sales finance, including pricing and various analysis Previous consumer background is key - FMCG, Retail, Hospitality etc. Comfortable in working in an extremely fast paced environment with endless proactivity Posses excellent FP&A/business partnering experience Handle Recruitment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
