Finance Business Partner, 12 month FTC, £60-65k. Real Estate
I'm working with a renowned developer in London on a 12 month contract, you will sit within commercial finance and act as a Finance Business Partner to budget holders.
The role will cover:
- Prepare the annual budget, including integrated balance sheet, cashflow and P&L.
- Prepare quarterly forecasts
- Involved in producing a 5 year plan for the division
- Provide insightful analysis on quarterly reporting and strategic inatives
- Work closely senior stakeholders, supporting with commercial analysis on upcoming projects.
- Produce complex models on excel
Skills required:
- Newly qualified Accountant
- Exposure to finance analysis
- Strong excel skills
