My fantastic client are seeking a highly motivated individual to work as a Transport Administrator Assistant alongside their transport team to arrange deliveries/collections and assist with general administration.
This will include
Arranging delivery and collection times with the Transport Manager and confirming these with the customer.
We are looking for an organised and proficient administrator to join our client, a car leasing company, based in Beaconsfield.
The role is really varied and is centred around the settlement of vehicles on finance, co-ordinating vehicles through their defleet process once inspected, activating leases, running monthly invoice, checking purchase ledger invoices, raising monthly invoices to our Licensee network and dealing with any invoice queries.
This role is initially a 12 month contract to cover maternity but there is a very strong possibility it will go permanent for the right candidate.
Our client has a full-time vacancy for a Transport Co-ordinator.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day scheduling and administration of all Southern Transport related activities in particular, ensuring that the customer service level agreements are met in an efficient and compliant manner as set out by the Transport Manager.
Our client based in central High Wycombe is looking for an Administrator to assist their team on a temporary basis for up to 3 months, but this will be dependent on workload.
The role will be based in the office initially for training for 1/2 weeks and then you will be able to work from home if preferred.
