The Company
An established vehicle renting business who are based in Beaconsfield, are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their busy Fleet Team. This role is offered on a full time 12-month contract to cover maternity leave.
The Role
A busy role which focusses on the return of vehicles that have approached the end of their lease. You will be part of a team who manage this process and daily duties include:
- Provide admin support to ensure the return of the vehicle is carried out correctly and all duties are performed to fulfil the de-fleet process.
- Co-ordinate the settlement of any finance outstanding on vehicles.
- Raising monthly invoices and sending out to clients, dealing with any queries that arise.
- Checking leases, paperwork and invoices ensuring all data is correct.
- Speaking with clients and internal teams to deal with queries coming through on the phone and email.
- Ensuring all paperwork is collated and data is loaded accurately.
- Other duties as required to support the Fleet Team.
About You:
You will have experience within an administrative or similar role and be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
- An eye for detail and accurate data entry skills.
- Ideally have knowledge of fleet or vehicle industry - not essential.
- Good Excel knowledge, ideally including Pivot Tables.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to organise and prioritise your workload.
- Strong team player.
