Our established client based in Corby is recruiting a Tool Maker on a permanent basis to be responsible for the procurement, issuance, maintenance, setting and organised storage of all tooling requirements for the metal forming department (coiled, slotted and solid pins)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparing tools required for set-ups on all metal forming equipment.
Order tools as required; obtain pricing from external vendors and approval from supervisor, and acknowledgement date.
Toolmaker required to join a well-established manufacturing company based in the Leeds area.
The successful candidate will come from a toolmaker background and have some CNC Lathe/ wire EDM experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of existing press tools and using a range of machines including Lathes, Surface grinders, Milling machines and CNC lathes.
