The main responsibilities for this role will include
Maximising the productivity, efficiency and utilization of the workshop.- Maximising sales opportunities through the workshop.- The allocation of jobs to the technicians dependent on duration, skill level and job requirement.- Ensuring that any warranty work deemed to be necessary is correctly diagnosed and is authorized by either the warranty controller or the manager.
