Our client is looking for client side project management experience on a variety of construction projects (public sector/experience of working on a varied corporate estate preferred but not essential) (preferably not housing) , buildings surveying background would be preferred but other construction disciplines worthy of consideration.
Experience of direct staff management as well as multi disciplinary appointed design teams to deliver design, tender and contract administration of the construction projects.
Experience of working with client to develop projects from inception including developing briefs and business cases.

This role is a Helpdesk position and will be predominantly answering calls from sites, triaging logged jobs and assigning to the correct contractors and PO raising.
Working with a prestigious serviced office in Leeds city centre, our client are looking to recruit an experienced front of house support within to their client services team.
Based front of house, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all on site client's as well as visitors.
This is an ongoing temporary role, until the end of the year.
