Caretaker Temporary - Permanent Shrewsbury £12.38ph Wednesday- Friday 20 Hours We are seeking a dedicated Caretaker to join our client in Wrexham. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, maintenance, and security of our facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities for Caretaker: Perform routine cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness of the premises, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as light bulb replacements, minor repairs, and furniture assembly. Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address any issues that arise. Carry out security checks and ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked. Assist with setting up and dismantling equipment for events or meetings. Report any maintenance or security concerns to the Facilities Manager. Requirements for the role: Previous experience in a similar role preferred. Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving heavy objects. We are currently recruiting for an E-signature Consultant on behalf of our public sector client based in South London. There is a growing demand within the organisation to benefit from the capability of digital signatures on key documents. There isn't currently an agreed solution for providing this capability and largely has manual processes in place. This is an interim contract initially for 3 to 6 months with view for further extension thereafter. The day rate is £600 per day Umbrella. Develop the requirement: Develop the corporate requirement for e-signatures Engage early with the market to understand the scope of potential applications Communicate the potential application of the technology across the business to inform requirements Build the detailed business case for the solution Gather the requirements from all areas of the business, focusing on how it may support key current manual internal processes and external processes Understand detailed specific needs (e.g., the need for sealing of contracts in Legal) Review and document requirements for the solution to interface into other technologies Understand and capture the key risks and issues across various areas of the business in implementing the solution Lead the Procurement Process (if required) Develop the appropriate RFQ/tender documentation including the evaluation model Assess and identify the appropriate route to market Manage the governance process Manage the evaluation and award process Communication the agreed contract and how this can be assessed by the business Lead the implementation of the supplier contract e-signature process and internal procurement governance/approval processes (if required) To implement the chosen technology so the council's supplier contracts are securely signed (or sealed) electronically and automatically lodged in a contract repository To implement digital internal approval process for the council's procurement process to support necessary approvals at each key gateway Experience & Skills Experience in developing and implementing e-signature solutions Experience of successfully gathering requirements from across a complex business, from a multitude of stakeholders Experience of drafting structured specifications from these that are clear to the market Experience of engaging with suppliers to inform requirements Experience of delivering public sector procurements Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
