Office Angels is currently seeking a skilled Office Administrator to provide temporary coverage for approximately six weeks, starting from October 14th.
This role is located in Birtley, within a dynamic construction-related setting.
This is a home-based role with some travel required when necessary.
About the role
For this role you must have a successful proven background in developing business within Business Applications solutions on behalf of a Managed Services Provider.
As a Business Development Director you will be responsible for seeking out new business opportunities and delivering new customer wins within the middle and upper segments of the SME market.
Office Angels are currently recruiting for an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our client's friendly team on an on-going temporary contract basis.
Working within a busy office for our client based in South Shields, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling client's documentation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, providing status updates, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Work primarily within our Client's Customer Service Operations department, collaborating with a multi-skilled team to solve problems and provide excellent service.
Joining as a Customer Support Executive, this home-based role combines administration and customer service duties, with the core objective to provide daily support to the Sales Consultant team and help them maximise their productivity.
We have a fantastic opportunity for passionate, customer-focused and highly organised travel industry professionals to be part of our award-winning client's Customer Support team.
Previous customer service gained within the cruise or travel sector is essential for this position, along with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (5.45am store opening), afternoons, late evenings (10pm store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview
