Our excellent, growing client based in Stroud is currently looking for a Temporary Administrator to join their friendly office on full-time, temporary contract to start immediately, ideally to work for 4 weeks, with the potential to be extended further or offered a permanent role in the wider team.
In this role, you will be supporting the team with general administration and office duties, filing, keeping records up to date, collation of timely information for the team and acting as a reliable office support to the wider team.
Working for a large company this role is to assist the temporary division to assist with the administration of Bookings.
We have the pleasure of assisting our highly valued client for a Booking Administrator for a 3-month fixed term contract 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
This position required a person who has previous administration experience, excellent attention to detail, used to high volume of data input.
You will be an active, contributing member of the lettings team, ensuring enquiries are followed up using all routes for contacting and converting to a booking in line with the lettings process.
Working Monday to Friday with one day every other weekend.
