An exciting opportunity has become available for a Telesales Operative whose role it will be to work on retaining existing accounts, reporting technical faults on behalf of customers, up selling on certain products and introducing new lines.
The role involves taking a high volume of incoming calls which include customer queries, orders etc, contacting potential customers, order processing and arranging deliveries.
