This exciting company in Halesowen is looking for a Telesales Manager to drive their business forward, the successful candidate must have a proven track record of communicating at senior levels and development of a team.
The main duties will be
Motivate, train and develop the telesales and telemarketing teams.
Deliver profitable revenues against clear and agreed KPIs.
Reporting to the Telesales Manager, your role within the Telesales team is to lead the evening shift team and work with colleagues to manage and process all customer orders and grow business through selling new categories and ranges.
Due to an internal promotion, we are delighted to be supporting our wonderful retail-based client in their search for a Telesales Manager to join their busy sales team.
This role will be responsible for managing and inspiring a team of sales agents alongside developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
£30,000 - £32,000 up to £3K Bonus OTE, Burgess Hill, 9am till 5pm Monday to Friday, 20 days holiday BH, company pension, onsite parking, discounted or free food, cycle to work scheme, employee discount, health & wellbeing programme.
