This exciting company in Halesowen is looking for a Telesales Manager to drive their business forward, the successful candidate must have a proven track record of communicating at senior levels and development of a team.
The main duties will be:
- Deliver profitable revenues against clear and agreed KPIs
- Motivate, train and develop the telesales and telemarketing teams.
- Develop scripts and topic guides for use in lead generation
- Managing team compensation structure and performance metrics
The ideal candidate will have the following Skills:
- Ability to effectively handle multiple projects
- Ability to prioritise workloads as well as meet tight deadlines
- Excel/Microsoft/powerpoint/Word is essential
- Knowledge of CRM and SAP systems preferable
- Line management Experience
- Experience in Telemarketing activities
- Proven telesales management experience
