We are looking for a proactive and efficient individual to join our clients Service team, responsible for supporting the Account Managers with all administrative duties. You will need to be motivated, resourceful, and detail orientated to be successful in this position. You will ideally have previous experience working in a similar role in a fast-paced environment, although full training will be provided. Responsibilities: Support Account Managers, ensuring clear and consistent communication and project updates Efficiently assign jobs to engineers, aligning resources with project demands Manage diaries, job assignments, and logistics based on workload requirements Handle all administrative tasks, including report creation, booking confirmations, and communications to both internal teams and external contacts Escalate concerns to Account Managers, ensuring timely follow-up appointments and resolution Initiate new job assignments, manage contracts, and order necessary materials Provide general administrative assistance to support the wider team Skills and experience: Proven experience in a similar role is desirable Excellent communication skills both written and oral Keen eye for detail Proactive nature Able to use initiative to effectively problem solve Details: Job Title: Service Coordinator Salary: up to £28,000 Location: Farnborough Contract: Permanent, Full-time Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, fully office based Huntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.
