The role will involve aspects of customer service/account management with an additional focus on lead generation and offers OTE earnings of 40k and uncapped commission
The successful candidate doesn't need to have an IT background or experience, however the drive and motivation to succeed and adapt accordingly are essential along with the ability to work towards targets.

Duties
Dealing with client calls focusing on service delievery.
Within the role you will manage a portfolio of accounts, with responsibility for managing and nurturing the relationships, having proactive conversations to ensure the best service and retain your clients each year, whilst identifying client needs and upselling to deliver additional revenue, achieving targets and continually improving customer satisfaction.
Working Monday to Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm (subject to your preference)
