Key Responsibilities: Preparing solutions designed across on-Premise, Cloud and Hosted VOIP systems, including 3CX systems Installation of Gateways, LAN Switches and applicable voice apps/software Designing and supporting appropriate VOIP platforms based on client requirements Identification of appropriate hardware for a full voice platform Ensuring seamless communication across LANs, MANs & WANs Provide support based upon investigating and addressing network and connectivity issues to ensure seamless communication Install, configure, and troubleshoot voice equipment, manage communication protocols and ensure system reliability and performance Manage user provisioning, call routing, security and system updates Maintaining system and responding to technical issues Training end users on telephone systems Analysing existing VOIP networks and systems Developing architecture plans for voice and data services Overseeing design, testing, and deployment of the voice infrastructure Administration and troubleshooting of O/S and Apps consisting of Microsoft Windows Server, Desktop OS, Microsoft Cloud Technologies, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, SharePoint, Remote Desktops, DHCP, DNS etc. Remote diagnostics along with analysis and monitoring Assist in resolving security incidents, ensuring compliance with established processes About you: You will possess a range of infrastructure skills, have demonstrable experience working with voice, data and wireless network systems, and be passionate about delivering excellent customer service all the time. Experience of working for an MSP and or Hospitality IT would be advantageous but not essential. Technical experience: Previous experience within a similar field-based role for an MSP Must have experience of building, supporting and developing 3CX solutions Experience of HP/Aruba Networking and Ruckus WIFI advantageous Proven knowledge and ability to work on issues relating voice, data and wireless network systems.
