Gloucestershire's largest comprehensive school with over 200 staff and approximately 1,800 students is seeking a Teaching Assistant to work within the Special Educational Needs department, supporting the effective operation of the SEND provision on a day-to-day basis.
You will support students through 1:1 intervention, small group work as well as main classroom support.
You will be fully immersed into subject departments, working closely with subject leaders/teachers both in the classroom and during departmental meetings to ensure students with SEND make excellent progress.
