My client, a leading provider of company secretarial and corporate governance services is seeking to bring on board an experienced company secretary in which you will be looking after a client portfolio that includes listed PLCs.
The role will include
Providing meeting support including minute-taking support to boards and committees.
Providing on-going company secretarial, compliance and governance advice to clients.
This is a great opportunity for a Legal Secretary based in Reigate working for our established client.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare documents and support with a range of duties which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of confidential documentation.
Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch and arrange for all copying to be done in person.
You will manage a team of qualified social workers and support staff in the Family Help Team (Safeguarding) to ensure that children in care and those in need, including those requiring protection, receive high quality services and are enabled and encouraged to shape future services.
You will be a confident and experienced manager with sound knowledge of the legislation and practice that underpins child protection work and be committed to delivering services that are of the highest standard.
