My client based in Huntingdon are currently recruiting for a secretary to join their team on a full time permanent basis. You will provide direct support to your team to ensure they can operate at optimum efficiency. Offering working hours of Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm and a salary of up to £24,000 depending on your experience. Key tasks: Prepare correspondence and documents through audio-typing and word processing. Administer filing which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files in accordance with the detailed procedures contained in the office manual.
