Our client, is looking for a Team Manager to join their children long term care team.
The role includes typical Team Manager responsibilities, including undertaking monthly personal supervision, 8 weekly child supervision, chairing team meetings, strategy meetings, ensuring performance is maintained across the team and providing advice and guidance, including to ASYE social work practitioners.
The service works with children and young people who are in the Local Authority's long term care and until they are 18 years old or until they leave care.
Leaving Care Team Manager will be responsible for providing direction and leadership to a team that delivers successful pathway plans for young people in or leaving care.

The requirements for the post are CQSW, DIPSW, BA HONS SW or equivalent, with 3 years post qualifying experience in a field social work setting, including safeguarding experience.
