We are looking for an experienced Team Leader with a passion for leading and motivating a team support our key client within the financial service sector on a remote basis.
You will be managing a team providing telephone support with account queries, amendments, complaints, applications, and escalating complex complaints and reports of fraud to specialist teams.
You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, working shifts across Monday-Friday, between the hours of 08:00-20:00.
Your team: 15 people, A hybrid of product focused employees in the UK and outsourced engineers abroad.
