As a CS Team leader you will be responsible for leading a small team of customer service adviser's focusing on delivering excellence, advising on best practice and leading by example.
We are delighted to be working in partnership with a multi-national market leader in search of a passionate and capable Customer Service Team Leader.
Responsibilities
Plans and organises Customer Service team ensuring all processes are adequately covered and service is at least at agreed level.
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview
This role will also include working in our in store bakery.
