Our client, Hertfordshire Council, is looking for a Deputy Team Manager to join their Post Hospital Review Team.
The Service supports an integrated approach to managing the care of people who require support upon discharge from hospital, so the role will involve working alongside occupational therapists, community care officers, health colleagues and care providers.
You will be required to review support packages of people discharged from hospital on our various enablement pathways, including carrying out assessment of need and setting up longer-term packages for those requiring on-going support.
This is an ideal role for someone who has a passion and interest in IT and wants to join a department which is driving the business into a new digital era.
You will have the opportunity to manage and be responsible for maintaining day-to-day functions of a well-established international company.
Initially this a 6-month contract but it has the potential to become permanent in the long term.
