In this dynamic role, you will support daily operations by handling customer inquiries, processing bookings, managing rental agreements, and maintaining accurate records.
Key responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, assisting customers both in-person and by phone, and ensuring smooth vehicle check-ins and returns.
In this role you will be responsible for managing a caseload of participants within the community, at pop-up Satellite Hubs, and at our Activity Hub.
You will provide high-quality support and guidance, facilitating the engagement of participants in activities that help them overcome barriers to successful resettlement and achieve milestones leading to sustainable employment, education, or training.
