We are seeking a proactive and organized Multi-Skilled Administrator to join our Luton-based clients car rental team. In this dynamic role, you will support daily operations by handling customer inquiries, processing bookings, managing rental agreements, and maintaining accurate records. Key responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, assisting customers both in-person and by phone, and ensuring smooth vehicle check-ins and returns.

Shift patterns with up to 14 days a month off!

Must have UK driving license

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database management
