Team Administrator - up to £45,000 plus annual bonus - Mayfair A leading, award-winning Commercial Property Investment and Development company with an impressive portfolio of modern design-led buildings across Central London, is looking for an experienced and confident Team Administrator to support a small senior team within their Property Management department. Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail is crucial along with the ability to cope under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The Team Assistant will be responsible for: Overseeing diary management for the team ensuring efficient and effective use is made of the team's time. Scheduling meetings and appointments, both internal and external, often with high-profile visitors - complex diary management is a significant element of the role. Arranging property tours of the portfolio for internal team/external parties. Producing presentations using InDesign for Board meetings, team presentations, or high-profile meetings. Assisting with any corporate events/committee boards the team are involved with. Other administrative duties as required. The Ideal Team Assistant will have at least 3 years as a Personal Assistant, Team Secretary, Team Administrator or Team Assistant ideally within Property (not essential).
