Our client, a professional services company, is seeking an experienced Service Desk Technician to support the firm.
This is a full time role.
You will be required to provide a variety of technical support including; PC fault diagnostics, user account administration, IT hardware and dealing with change requests.
We are currently recruiting for an electro-mechanical field service engineer to cross train as a retail IT and weighing scale engineer to work for an international manufacturer.
Customers include supermarket chains, independent butchers and grocers.
The Role
The successful candidate will be required to provide service to a prestigious retail customer base.
We are currently seeking a professional site based Maintenance Engineer with Mechanical Bias.
The role is focused on delivery of planned preventative maintenance along with additional works, reactive fault finding, repairs, installations and support event set ups.
Based at a commercial, high end, flagship, client site.
The 1st / 2nd Line Support Analyst will be part of a new team and will provide phone support as well as hands-on, desk-side systems support for all end user issues across multiple locations.
This role will provide end-to-end support for end user issues, from hands-on work to the co-ordination of other IT support teams including setting up starters and leavers, infrastructure and application groups.
