Our client is seeking additional IT Service Management support to enhance service delivery.
You will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of services by resolving issues, steering customer-driven changes, and leading service delivery teams.
This opportunity involves two roles, each crucial for ensuring the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of service delivery.
Delivering excellent customer service they will on occasion support the Major Incident Management process.
They will have the experience to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of IT incidents ensuring a quick resolution is achieved and accurate recording of activities is captured.
