Join my clients dynamic team in Milton Keynes, where we are dedicated to delivering exceptional IT services. As the Onsite IT Support Engineer, you will be at the forefront of providing technical support and guidance to ensure smooth operations of desktop systems and peripherals.
About the Role:
In this role, you will lead the provisioning and support of end-user PCs, troubleshoot network and connectivity issues, and manage hardware assets. Collaborating with team members and stakeholders, you will contribute to the development of IT policies and practices while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
General Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of MacOS, Windows OS, and MS Office products
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience troubleshooting WAN/LAN print-related issues
- Proficiency in Active Directory administrative tasks
- Solid general Desktop Support skills (Printers, Laptops, Desktops, etc.)
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Dedication to quality customer service
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to respond to last-minute requests
This is an out IR35 role, the initial 1-month assignment with high probability to extend. Rate is £350/day.
