Overview
The role will be based in our offices at Chandler's Ford, Hampshire.
You will join a dynamic support team in the operations department, where you will provide assistance to an extensive client base via email, helpdesk, and phone.
This is a hybrid role.
Additionally, you will play a vital role in enhancing and managing the internal IT Infrastructure.
An experienced IT Support Engineer is needed to join a team supporting IT infrastructures for multiple clients based in Ringwood, Hampshire, on a full-time basis.
Broad experience is valued, especially around managing IT for organisations from 20-250 users with varying needs.
You'll already be a good communicator, clear thinker and friendly.
In a varied and highly-visible role, the Support Engineer will provide a true support service to approximately 750 users across multiple sites in the UK, covering 2nd line desktop support, whilst also getting involved in some interesting and varied project work.
