Recruitment Coordinator Part-time (20 hours per week, 4 days) Location: Peterborough -100% office base Salary: £11.44 to £13.50 per hour depending on experience We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. This part-time role is ideal for someone with a passion for recruitment. Day-to-day of the role: Source and review CVs to match the right candidates with the right roles. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain a database of candidate records, including contact details, interview schedules, and feedback. Collaborate with the recruitment team Provide administrative support for various recruitment activities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience in a recruitment experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in using recruitment software and candidate management systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
