**Recruitment Coordinator
- Part-time (20 hours per week, 4 days)
- Location: Peterborough -100% office base
- Salary: £11.44 to £13.50 per hour depending on experience
We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. This part-time role is ideal for someone with a passion for recruitment.
**Day-to-day of the role:
- Source and review CVs to match the right candidates with the right roles.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain a database of candidate records, including contact details, interview schedules, and feedback.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team
- Provide administrative support for various recruitment activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a recruitment experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and candidate management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
