An advanced Scaffolder is responsible, as part of a scaffolding team, for erecting scaffolds which are adequate for the purpose they were intended and comply with scaffold procedures / TG20:13; ensuring that they are stable and in a safe condition.

They are also responsible, again as part of a scaffolding team for dismantling scaffolds in a safe manner.
