THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver the implementation of new business applications and technologies
- Supporting and training staff
- Creating and updating end-user documentation
- Involvement in ongoing projects
- Acting as the point of contact to resolve day-to-day user issues
- Implementation, testing and integration of new applications
- Working closely with vendors to ensure the best use of technology across the group
- Tracking and analysing error trends with the aim to maximise efficiencies and reducing costs
ABOUT YOU
- Confident working independently and managing your own workload
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry-standard IT best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in project focused roles
- Ability to communicate with non-technical users
- Desire to increase your knowledge of new technologies
- System knowledge: Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, Active Directory, SQL, PowerBI, Excel
