We are looking for a Paraplannerto join a firm of Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) in their Glasgow office, possessing extensive market knowledge and who has been in business for over 10 years. As a Paraplanner your main responsibilities will be to provide technical and administrative support in terms of managing all submissions of policies, completing and uploading client review forms and report writing, working with pension, investment, tax and protection products. To be considered for the Paraplannerposition in Glasgow you will need to have a minimum of one year's Paraplanning experience or a financial services administrator with exceptional technical knowledge. Diploma Level 4 or willingness to work towards this would be advantageous but not essentially, although you will need to be at least part qualified. Proven record of success in industrial sales (preferably OEM products) You will be educated in engineering, this could be an apprenticeship, HND or degree level. Mechanical engineering would be the preference but my client will definitely consider applicants with Civil and/or other related qualifications.
