Claims Team Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead and manage a team of Claims Technicians.
The role involves ensuring that an excellent claims service is provided to customers, including handling claims, overseeing enquiries, managing complaints, and authorising payments.
GB Retail Claims sits within the larger Corporate Risk and Broking (CRB) Business Unit.
As a part of this team no two days will ever be the same with the opportunity to deal with a claim from cradle to grave.

Purpose of role
