To manage, supervise and carry out the servicing, repair, installation and maintenance to a comprehensive range of equipment systems, building facilities & vehicles.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the Services Quality procedure, customer satisfaction and required legislation.
We are currently seeking to speak to any Coordinator specialists, to join a regional contractor as a Site Coordinator within an exceptional team, based on their site office in Hampshire five days a week.
My client has a requirement for an Site Coordinator to join their business, where there is extensive opportunity for both progression and personal development.
This role does not require someone with previous construction experience, more so someone with an organised nature and a proactive attitude.
Your primary responsibility will be to plan and schedule future appointments to the available resources and liaise with the repair teams advising them when we are at capacity for appointments.
You will be working in a call centre environment with other Resource Controllers and be responsible for allocating Operatives and Sub-Contractors to repairs at the appointment time requested by the customer.
To succeed in this role it is essential you have a positive, professional and versatile attitude and are able to make rational and proactive decisions in a constantly changing and dynamic environment.
Your role is to make sure materials are allocated and scheduled to the operatives and subcontractors so works can be completed whilst also providing administrative assistance to the fleet management team also.
