The ideal candidate is someone who has experience working within management in new build or in Estate Agency previously and has a proven track record of leading a team to successful sales on prestigious developments.
Day to day duties
Managing a team of Sales and Senior Sales Negotiators.
This established and reputable local Accountants are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Portfolio Manager to manage the smooth management of client accounts and supervising the accounting team.
Some of your duties will include
Managing a large portfolio of clients' accounts including sole traders, Partnerships and SME Limited Companies.
Managing client sales, purchase and nominal ledgers and reconciling at month-end to trial balance level.
Our client, a niche fine arts transportation business are seeking a facilities manager to manage their two state of the art locations in West London & South East London.
This role is multi-site based and will require an even spread of your time across both West and Southeast locations.
You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well-functioning.
The ideal candidate for the position of Assistant Lettings Manager will be extremely motivated and career driven, with experience in the current rental market.
