Our client is looking for a super organised Property Manager with high levels of customer service skills to join their team in their busy office in Ickenham. The company are an award winning, well known brand offering an unrivalled service in Sales, Lettings, Property Management and Land and New Homes. Their main focus of this very well respected Estate Agent is the excellent customer service they pride themselves on offering their clients.
The successful candidate will be well spoken able to offer the highest level of customer service Property Management experience is not essential but would be a bonus. You will be dealing with renewals and inspections, so will need a full UK driving licence and the use of your own car.
Salary package and benefits for the Property Manager role include:
- Basic £25,000 - £32,000
- Mon to Thurs 9am to 6pm Fri 9am to 5pm
- Excellent training and development

Responsibilities of the Property Manager position include:
- Daily liaison with tenants, landlords and contractors dealing with questions, repairs, complaints and updates
- Daily updating of specified areas of the property management database of all works
- Organising quotes for repairs/maintenance on behalf of landlords and overseeing works
- Notifying utility companies of start and end of tenancy details
- Assessing check-out reports to assist with deposit returns
- Managing your own portfolio of properties of around 170
- Dealing with renewals
- Carrying out inspections
The Skills required for the Property Manager position include:
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- The ability to deal with a variation of clientele due to 'whole of market' portfolio
- Ability to build strong professional relationships
- Hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car
