This role will join the existing three Apprenticeship Officers and the Apprenticeship Manager, and you will be supporting a new and exciting programme that will be running over the next 3 years initially - this will entail helping to design and develop the programme and then supporting our Apprentices, Line Managers and Mentors and selecting and building strong and robust relationships with our Training Providers.
You'll be working as part of the Apprenticeship team based in Swindon, but supporting this specific apprenticeship programme, as well as supporting other daily activities related to our wider apprenticeship programmes.

As a member of our Digital Product team, you'll play an important role in delivering our exciting digital roadmap and new enhancements to the Trust's successful and award-winning digital portfolio, whilst supporting our cross-departmental digital marketing and communications strategy.
