We are looking for candidates who have a passion for customer service that also have the ability to upsell additional company products and retain existing customers when coming to renew.
Be the first point of contact for customer debit note queries.
Liaise with both internal and external Supply Chain and Marketing departments to resolve and clear the queries in line with relevant customer procedures.
Maintenance of both the UK and Far East purchase ledgers to include registering invoices, issuing for authorisation, full analysis, timely payment generation (BACS and bank transfers processing) and statement checking.
