Join our team as a Primary Teaching Assistant based in the York area, starting September 2024. This role offers the opportunity to work in multiple schools, providing valuable support across different year groups.

Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons.
- Work with students on a one-to-one and group basis.
- Support those children who have an Educational Health and Care Plan
- Differentiate learning to meet each childs' needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and report on pupil progress.
- Help with classroom management and organisation.
- Encourage and engage students in their learning.
