Responsibility for collecting and dropping off our players in and around Sussex We are hiring for a pool of minibus drivers to safely transport our academy players to their training session at our training ground in Lancing. Once training has finished, you will then be responsible for driving the players back to their homes and then back to the training ground once more, to return the minibus. You will safely operate the vehicle according to the clubs transport policy and ensure it is always kept in a safe and clean condition. This role would mainly involve working a split shift so we are looking for candidates who can be flexible to meet the requirements of the position and the business. What are we looking for The successful candidates will have previous experience of driving a 9-seater vehicle, transporting school age children. You will understand the importance of safeguarding policies and procedures and how these relate to a minibus driver role in a football environment. It is essential that you hold a full, clean and valid driving licence ideally with a non-restricted D1 category authorisation. In order to drive our 17 seater buses, you will be required to hold a DCPC qualification card, this is not essential but would be ideal! The role will include assessing acute injuries pitch side and providing a management plan to the coaches and report all injuries, outcome measures and treatment plans.
