My global pharmaceutical client, based in Buckinghamshire, are looking for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service/Complaint Intake Analyst to join their team urgently initially on a 12-month basis.
Purpose
The Complaint Intake Analyst works to support PMQA through providing the initial triaging of complaints from all channels and serves as the first point of contact with the customer.
To monitor the Laboratory quality system compliance and effectiveness through planned audits and independent process control checks to ensure that our products comply with food safety legislation, meet the technical and quality specification and are manufactured at best cost.
To ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded at every level.

Reporting directly to Technical team leader for day to day operations, working alongside factory colleagues and key disciplines i.e.

The role will be working within a small dynamic team responsible for the assembly of spares components to meet required quality standards and satisfy customer demand in a busy Aerospace manufacturing facility.
Shift: 39 hours a week late shift Monday to Thursday 15:00 to 00:00 Friday: 12:00 to 17:00
