Job Title: Procurement Systems Implementation Consultant (Strategic Systems) Location: Croydon, London Contract Type: Interim Annual Salary: £650 Working Pattern: Full Time This role will work as part of a council wide programme to improve their Procurement and Contract Management applications. What You'll Do: Manage the development and implementation of pipeline planning and contract management requirements within In-tend, building on the existing e-tendering capability which it already supports A simple RFQ solution (from In-tend) to support the low value/sub-threshold procurements that have recently been devolved out to the business Develop and implement a pipeline solution that will allow reporting of procurements against key milestones and their RAG status, provide notification of key dates/required approvals, pull in contract data from contract management system and push out data to the e-tendering solution, support publication of (filtered) date and in line with the requirements of the Procurement Act Development and implement a phase roll out of the contract management solution, initially to contract managers responsible for contracts that fall within the Procurement Act KPI reporting requirements Identify forms of contracts in use with key contracts (e.g., NEC) where the proposed contract management solution may not be appropriate and work with stakeholders to assess potential alternatives Develop and implement a contract repository to house all key procurement documents. To make this repository accessible to approved individuals to allow easy access and updating of documents by contract managers. Develop and implement the agreed e-signature solution to support efficient approvals of our contracts (including sealing capability) and interfacing this into the contract repository. Review & Develop a Request for Quotation Tool (RFQ) tool (it is anticipated In-tend will be used for this, but functionality needs to be assessed as part of the review process) that provides an intuitive way for Services to conduct low value sourcing exercises (and is integrated into Contracts Finder to support necessary advertisement and award notices).
