Job Title: Project Manager Business Analyst

Location: Croydon

Remuneration: £600 per day Umbrella (inside IR35)

Contract Details: Temporary 3 months (likely extension)

  • Lead the planning and delivery of complex regeneration projects, leveraging your exceptional project management skills.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify business requirements and translate them into tangible project plans.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including local authorities and community groups, to ensure projects are aligned with their needs and expectations.
  • Manage the project lifecycle from initiation to completion, including resource allocation, risk management, and budget control.
  • Monitor progress, track deliverables, and report on project status to senior management.

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager Business Analyst, ideally within the planning and sustainable regeneration industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to gather and interpret complex data.

  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and local planning policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the planning, delivery, and coordination of projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable tasks
  • Conduct business analysis to identify process improvements and drive efficiency
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

Essential Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
