Remuneration: £600 per day Umbrella (inside IR35)

- Lead the planning and delivery of complex regeneration projects, leveraging your exceptional project management skills.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify business requirements and translate them into tangible project plans.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including local authorities and community groups, to ensure projects are aligned with their needs and expectations.
- Manage the project lifecycle from initiation to completion, including resource allocation, risk management, and budget control.
- Monitor progress, track deliverables, and report on project status to senior management.

- Proven experience as a Project Manager Business Analyst, ideally within the planning and sustainable regeneration industry.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to gather and interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Knowledge of relevant regulations and local planning policies.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the planning, delivery, and coordination of projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable tasks
- Conduct business analysis to identify process improvements and drive efficiency
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare and deliver project reports and presentations to stakeholders
Essential Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Desirable Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
- Knowledge of planning and sustainable regeneration practises
- Certification in project management or business analysis
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment
Technologies:

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
